Regrettably, I too quickly passed by the business investment posts. So I at least need to explain what I believe should be the next hot business investment: temporary modular housing components made of recycled plastics. Not only would these components be great for young people who want to save the expense of an apartment, but also for older family members who need family living nearby but - let's face it - old and young members of society deserve their own private space and should not have to be constantly under the same roof with other family.

These modular pieces could be constructed (snapped together) in a matter of hours (depending on size) and purchased individually. They would continue to be assets to resell after being dissembled, which would give incentive to the owner for their maintenance (think how larger scale versions would address lack of maintenance incentives on reservations and in housing projects). Whereas electrical and plumbing might be an individual issue on private property, cities and towns could create (underground) electrical and plumbing grids to which the renter would apply their "owned" portion - a combination of rent/ownership model that many in the present would doubtless embrace.
